Don’t let the Chuck Eye Steak’s home in the shoulder fool you - this steak is essentially a slightly less tender (and much more economical) Ribeye. Being the same muscle group as it’s more popular cousin, the Ribeye, it’s beautifully marbled and ready to wow your palate.

The Chuck Eye Steak doesn’t need much help to shine. Just salt it well, add a dash of pepper and slap it on the grill (just like a Ribeye!). If your cast iron skillet is your go to, be French about it and give it a hot sear and pop it in the oven with a healthy pad of butter atop to finish.
