SIRLOIN CHOPS

We know you’ve had a sirloin steak, but have you had a Sirloin Chop? Everyone loves a good ol’ pork chop from the loin, but the Sirloin Chop should not be overlooked. The trio of muscles that make up the sirloin create a layered texture, blanketed by a succulent fat cap. With slightly more chew, this cousin of the traditional chop still offers a tender bit when cooked with care.

There are 6-8 Sirloin Chops per animal.

Treat these Sirloin Chops much like you would a regular chop, just do them a favor and give them a slightly slower cook with lower heat once you’ve locked in that sear. A marinade never hurt either.
